Chicken Soup

1 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 rib chopped celery
1 diced carrot
1 small onion diced
4 cups water

Cooking Directions: Place all ingredients in cooker. Close cover securely.
Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
Let pressure drop of its own accord. Remove chicken and allow to cool.
Remove meat from bones and return to cooker.

Heat through.

Garlic Rosemary Chicken

1 whole fryer chicken
1 (12 oz.) can chicken broth
4-5 sprigs rosemary
4-6 garlic cloves
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all in pressure cooker, close lid. cook 30 minutes.

Artichokes W/ Herbs



2 lg Artichokes (or 4 medium)
1 sm Carrot
1 sm Onion
1 Tblsp.Olive oil
2 Tblsp. Parsley chopped
1/2 ts Basil leaves, dried
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Dill weed
1 Garlic clove
1 C.
