Baked Ham & Swiss Roll Up's

1 pound pizza dough
1 tbs whole grain mustard
1/2 pound thinly sliced ham
1/4 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 onion, thinly sliced into rings

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll pizza dough into a large circle and spread with mustard. Cut pizza dough into 8 triangles.

Divide ham, cheese and onion among triangles.

Starting at the wide end, roll dough around filling.

Transfer rolls to baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 25 min.

Serve with a salad, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.

Ham & Noodles

1 (8 oz) pkg egg noodles, cooked
½ lb ham chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg any vegetable
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Mix the 1st 4 ingredients together in a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes until warmed.

Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Pineapple Honey Glazed Ham

1 fully cooked boneless ham (4 to 5 lbs.)
1 can (8 oz) pineapple slices
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbs ground mustard
Dash ground cloves

Bake ham on rack in shallow baking pan at 325° for 1 hour or to 120° on meat thermometer.
Drain pineapple; reserve liquid. Combine reserved liquid, honey, mustard & cloves; mix well.
Score top of ham, if desired, and arrange pineapple slices on top.
Generously brush honey mixture over entire surface.
Bake about 30 to 45 minutes longer or to 140° on meat thermometer; baste every 10 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

Honey Glazed Ham Steaks

2 fully cooked ham steaks
2 Tbs honey
1½ tsp water
¾ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves

In medium nonstick skillet, pan fry ham steaks until lightly browned & thoroughly heated.

Remove to plate & keep warm. In small bowl combine honey, water, & spices. Add to pan & with pan drippings, bring to a boil.
Simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Brush mixture over ham & serve.

Makes 2 servings.

Honey Glazed Ham

2 (8oz. ) Cooked Ham Steaks
1/4 C Honey
3 Tblsp. Water
1/4 C. Honey
1 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp. Ground Ginger

Broil or pan-fry ham steaks until lightly browned and thoroughly heated. Remove ham from broiler pan or skillet.
Combine honey, water and spices; add to pan drippings and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
Brush sauce over ham and serve remainder on the side, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.

Garlic Roasted Ham

3 pound center-cut cooked ham
2 to 4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup molasses
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel and slice garlic. Using the tip of a paring knife, cut slits in ham roast. Insert garlic slices into slits.
Stir together molasses and pepper in small bowl. Spread molasses mixture over ham. Wrap ham with heavy-duty foil. Place foil-wrapped ham in roasting pan.
Roast for 1 1/2 -2 hours or until internal temperature as measured with a meat thermometer is 140 degrees F.

Coca Cola Basted Ham

10 lb Ham *
6 C. Coca-Cola
1 C. Brown Sugar, Dark, Packed
1 TBLSP. Dry Mustard
2 TBLSP. Sharp Prepared Mustard
2 C. Bread Crumbs, Fine, Dry

* Ham should be one of the precooked hams.
Not one of the specialty cured or canned hams - just the standard bone in ham in the meat counter.

Preheat oven to 325¼F.
Place ham, fat side down, in a shallow baking pan.

Curried Ham Salad (Diabetic)

1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
2 packets Equal® sweetener or 3/4teaspoon Equal® for Recipes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham or chicken
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 medium banana, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, chilled and drained
Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves
Toasted coconut (optional

1. Pour boiling water over raisins to cover; let stand 5 minutes. Drain.

B.B.Q. Ham Sandwiches

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chili sauce
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 pound shaved fully cooked ham
8 hamburger buns, split

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, saute onion in butter. Add chili sauce, water, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add ham; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated thrugh.

Spoon about 1/2 cup onto each bun.
