Low Carb Pizza Crust

1 egg
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Will make paste, press paste into glass pie pan (sprayed with cooking spray).

Bake crust at 400 until cooked then take out of oven.

After the crust cools, add toppings (I had a little pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni) then bake the pizza on a pizza stone (at 475) until done.

About 10 carbs for the whole pizza.
